What is the Career Design Consultation?
The Career Design Consultation is a personalised strategic session designed to help you understand your career before making decisions about what comes next.
Rather than jumping straight into solutions, we'll begin by stepping back.
Together we'll examine your career through a Career Design lens — exploring the patterns that have shaped your decisions, what's changed over time, what no longer fits and what your next chapter needs from your work.
Throughout the consultation, I'll share my observations, challenge your thinking where it's helpful and help you interpret what everything you've shared might mean for your future.
The outcome isn't a decision made for you.
It's a stronger foundation on which to make one yourself.
How it works
Every Career Design Consultation is tailored to the individual, but each one follows the same three-stage process.
Discovery
You'll complete a comprehensive Career Design Questionnaire, giving me a detailed understanding of your career journey, experiences, aspirations and the questions you're currently trying to answer.
Before we meet, I'll spend time reviewing your responses, identifying themes, noticing patterns and preparing for our consultation.
Consultation
During our consultation, we'll examine your career through a Career Design lens— identifying what's shifted, uncovering the patterns shaping your career and considering the opportunities that genuinely deserve your attention.
The result is a stronger foundation for your next career decision.
Report
Following our consultation, you'll receive your personalised Career Design Report, bringing together my key observations, findings and recommendations.
Designed as a practical reference, it's something you'll be able to return to as you continue designing your next chapter

You'll leave with a personalised report, considered recommendations and a stronger foundation for whatever comes next.
If, following your consultation, you decide you'd like ongoing support redesigning your career, your full consultation fee will be credited towards The Career Redesign Programme if you join within 14 days.
To ensure every consultation receives the preparation and consideration it deserves, I offer a limited number each month.
