Hey, I’m Lou a certified Career & Business Coach and your partner in creating a business that feels unapologetically aligned with who you are.
I’ve spent the last 16 years helping people navigate their careers. In 2021, I took the leap into self employment leaving behind a successful HR career in Whitehall to build my own coaching business from the ground up. No safety net, no guarantees - just a vision, a whole lot of learning, and a determination to make it work. And it did. I quickly outearned my salary working with fab clients I adored. But it’s not all been plain sailing, I’ve had my share of failed launches, bad investments and bum-clenching “how will I pay my bills” months.
During my time in business I’ve learnt what works and what doesn’t when it comes to creating a successful business. So many of my clients are capable and determined but they don’t know what to focus on when it comes to starting something of their own. In this programme I’ve taken the guesswork out for you and given you all the foundations you need to create an authentic, sustainable business.

This is a self-paced programme so you can do it at your own pace. To make meaningful progress over a couple of months I’d suggest 2-3 hours per week.
